Collet Holders（Chuck Type：Shrink fit）
A collet holder is a tool that is attached to a spindle such as a milling machine or a machining center, and strongly tightens a collet that holds an end mill or drill. There are various types of collet holders, but since they are general purpose, they can be used by selecting a spindle specification that matches the machine tool. The collet holder can be used to tighten tools of various diameters by using collets. Check that the collet holder tip diameter and length do not interfere with the workpiece, and select a collet holder in consideration of runout accuracy, rigidity, and gripping force. Collet holders range from those that can minimize run-out of the blade edge to those that can adjust run-out. Some spacers have high pressure coolant performance for tools without lubrication holes.
