Oil Guns

An oil gun is a tool used for spraying oil after performing lathing, grinding, or other machining process with a machine tool in order to clean the cutting powder inside the machine. Since cutting oil is used for cleaning, remove 1 coolant nozzle connected to the circulation pump of the machine tool and set the oil gun with an oil-resistant blade hose. Both the water-soluble and oil-based cleaning oils can be used, and the oil is ejected by pulling the trigger on the front part of the grip with your finger. The flow rate and cleaning range can be adjusted by selecting a shower or straight outlet. A shower with a wider spray range is suitable for cleaning machine surfaces. Lightweight and compact with an overall length of 120 mm and a weight of 230 g, the trigger is light and does not put a burden on your hands. Using an oil gun can reduce the cleaning time, which is convenient when using 1 machine for different purposes.
