For Submarine Gates

The submarine gate cutter is a cutter used when performing gate processing for material injection into a plastic mold. When selecting a product, it is necessary to select the tip ball type or the bottom blade type according to the processing part, and also check the number of blade angles to be used before selecting. Suitable workpiece materials are mild steel, heat-treated steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, etc. The procedure for using the cutter for the submarine gate is to place the workpiece on a sign vise or 5-axis processing machine, perform drilling of the pilot hole, and drive the margin to the hundredths. After that, it is finished with dedicated tools, and the point is to use cutting oil with high lubricity.
