For Runner Grooves

The runner groove tool is a cutting tool that processes the mold runner part among the cutters used by attaching to a machining center or a milling machine. Products suitable for the shape of the runner groove to be processed, such as trapezoidal runner grooves and tapered ball runner grooves, can be selected. Recommended cutting conditions differ for each product. Set the feed speed and rotation speed according to the size of the tip and the type of work material. If the rotation speed does not increase during use, take measures such as reducing the table feed and rotation speed at the same ratio. Depending on the product, you can select the free blade diameter specification type or fixed blade diameter type, or you can perform alterations and additional coating. All products are required to be used with highly accurate and rigid machines and chucks.
