Vacuum Pumps

Vacuum pumps are a type of pump that removes gas from an object to create a vacuum state. In addition to being used as a vacuum source for various experimental/analytical devices and semiconductor devices, it is also used for gas sampling and liquid agitation. There are various product types, such as a dry type that does not contain oil in vacuum/exhaust, an oil rotary type that performs airtightness/exhaust using a dedicated oil, and an air type that performs airtightness/exhaust by the reciprocating motion of a piston ring or diaphragm. The power source depends on the product such as manual, electric power, battery and charging. There are products with various characteristics, such as those that reduce the noise generated during operation, those with compact size that is suitable for incorporation into equipment, and those that can adjust the vacuum pressure with the attached valve.
