Engine Pumps

Engine pumps are engine-powered machines that pump up or sprinkle water with a pump. They can be used for cleaning farm or construction equipment or livestock sheds, or for applications in farmland or fields without running water or electricity such as watering vegetables or irrigation. Hidels pumps have an ultra-lightweight engine and a single-action coupling enabling easy hose attachment and removal. Their weight of around 50 kg makes them difficult to move but they remain stable and unlikely to fall when water pressure is applied. Besides general-purpose types, self-priming pumps are also available in compact types that are lightweight and easy to carry and move. They can be used at plants and other sites. A wide range of engine outputs and fuel tank capacities are available. Pump models have a maximum total pump head, so should be chosen by considering factors such as the required height to pump up to, and the hose length and thickness.
