Pick and Place Units

Pick-and-place units are devices that convey workpieces stably and at high speed. When using a pulse control motor type product in combination with a motion controller, the stop height and speed can be adjusted merely by operating the switch. When combined with a motion changer, the stop height and speed can be registered and switched using an external signal, making it possible to handle a wide variety of workpieces with different heights. In addition to medium-sized types, there are also ultra-compact types that can be used in space saving situations, and highly portable types that can handle heavy workpieces. The cam-driven type repeats the same operation each time the camshaft makes one revolution, and is used in straight-line type assembly machines. The transfer speed can be set by using an inverter. A center carry type with the loading arm stored inside the main unit, a side carry type attached to the left or right side of the main unit, and a multi type positioned at the bottom of the main unit are available.
