Electronic locks are locks with the electrically operated mechanisms. There are various types of electronic locks, such as a solenoid lock to lock/unlock by energized with current, Magnalock that uses electromagnetic forces as well as a key card to lock/unlock when a dedicated card-type key is touched on or held over the counterpart unit.
