Sheathed Heaters for Air Heating
Tubular heaters for air heating heat air using electric heating elements. Shapes include straight, U-shaped and M-shaped. The heating elements are made of stainless steel, so they have excellent corrosion resistance. They are used for drying parts of washing machines, duct heaters and heat sources for industrial equipment. The maximum operating air temperature is 160°C. The finned type has a high watt density, so care must be taken regarding temperature rise and wind speed, etc. The plug type is easy to remove and replace due to its insertion shape.
