Cross Clamps

A cross clamp is a tool used to connect and fix poles and rods in optical experiments. With the fixed type, the poles and rods are connected and fixed orthogonally. The rotary type has a mechanism that rotates 360 degrees, allowing connection at any angle. The fixed part into which poles, etc. are inserted achieves stable fixation through the use of a three-point support. Products that adopts the split clamping method have a slit in the fixed part, and deformation of the clamp part allows strong clamping. They are suitable for fixing heavy loads, and hex socket types and types with a handle are available. The clamp is mainly main of aluminum, and is anodized. Since the compatible diameter of the fixing part differs depending on the product, select it according to the pole or rod used.
