Compact Mirror Holder (Optical Axis 25 mm Type)

A mirror holder with an optical axis height of 25 mm. For use with the Opt Station. Select the most appropriate mounting method so that the held element does not distort when mounted. SURUGA SEIKI

· The fine-movement resolution is 0.7°/rotation, two times that of F58N.
· Adhesive type and three-point support type fixing are available for the mirror fixing methods.
· Both the adhesive and screw types are available with or without a rod.
· With the rod-less type, M3 or M6 screws are used for fixing.

A holder for fixing items such as mirrors or plate beam splitters etc. The tilt can be adjusted in the two axial directions. The center of rotation and the center of the mirror always coincide when making fine adjustments.

■ F50, F55
· Holders for fixing mirrors, plate beam splitters, and lenses, etc. The tilt (θy, θz) can be finely adjusted.
· Fine movement of ±4° to 6° is possible, in both θy and θz, by tightening the clamp. Loosening the clamp, allows for coarse movement (adjustment) over 360°.
· A gimbal structure in which the center of rotation and the center of the mirror always coincide when making fine or coarse adjustments.
· The included standard rod is ø 20, and has a length of 60 mm. However the rod length can be changed. The holder's screw holes are M6P = 1. A40 to A42 rods can be used.
· Mirror Holder F50: For the feeding method, A-type micrometer heads and an E-type screw system are available.
· Horizontally operated type mirror holder F55: Due to the unique horizontal operation method (the operation system is installed in a horizontal direction), the user can operate it without going in front of the optical axis with their hands. A proximity specification is also available.
■ F52
· A holder for fixing mirrors, plate beam splitters, and lenses, etc. The tilt (θy, θz) can be finely adjusted in the two axial directions.
· The tilt (θy, θz) of the two axes can be finely adjusted by ±2° or ±3° (F52).
· A gimbal structure in which the center of rotation and the center of the mirror always coincide when making fine or coarse adjustments.

A dedicated mirror holder for ø12.7 mm. The operation screws are available as knurled knob types that can be operated by hand, or as set bolt types which embed into equipment and are used to prevent mis-operation.

· Has been designed from scratch with a focus on high performance and being small.
· While the main body is of a compact size that can be installed in a space of one cubic inch, the meander width and hysteresis width of the two axes, θy and θz, have been kept to an order of just a few μrad. The stability of 60 hours (at room temperature) after positioning is the best in its class.
· Mount using a single M4 screw. Features a step to stop rotation.
· A mounting plate type that can be installed at 0° and 45° angles is also available.
