Conventional pneumatic-type and hydraulic-type presses can be used to mount nuts on thin plates and welding base materials with a small end face distance regardless of the welding base material properties. The underhead part of the nut has a unique shape (knurled, groove part) that provides a high mounting strength.

[Features]
· Press nut that can obtain a high mounting strength thanks to the knurled portion under the neck.
· Portion of the nut under the neck has a unique shape (knurled, grooved) and so a high mounting strength can be obtained.
· Post-processing such as rust-proof processing, sputtering treatment for weld-on nuts, etc., not required.
· Product can be press fit to a stainless steel base material with low hardness (Hv 160 or less).

M3 to M6 nuts can be mounted with low pressure input, press nuts.
[Features]
· Press fit a portion of the hexagonal body of the ST nut to the base material using existing pneumatic/hydraulic press to prevent rotation of the nut.
· Metal flow to the groove under the neck prevents the nut from coming out.
· For the mounting direction of the ST nut, it can be press fit into both the punch side and press side of the base material.
· Due to press-fitting, post-processing such as rust-proof processing, sputtering treatment for weld-on nuts, etc., not required.
[Applications]
· Has little effect on the base material thanks to low pressure input. Even if the end face distance is short, the base material does not deform.
· Optimal for reducing man-hours with simultaneous multiple press-fitting operations occurring on a flat plate. Can also be mounted on aluminum parts.

· Fully embedded type so both sides have a flat finish. Nut optimal for compacting of product.
[Applications]
· Optimal for mounting nuts in locations with strict layouts, as both faces will be flat.
· Ideal for use in general sheet metal where the strength is insufficient by tapping into an aluminum workpiece of 1.5 mm or more.
· Used as part of the necessity of flattening both sides of sheet metal. For communication equipment and server-related applications.
