TOTAKU
A PVC-free hose that utilizes an olefin elastomer for use in food applications . A reinforcing cord gives the hose an allowable pressure resistance performance tolerance of 0.5 MPa.
[Features]
· Usable for food applications.
· This hose is not suitable for handling foods or liquids containing oils.
· Compliant with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Notification No. 201 Food Sanitation Act (however, the heptane dissolution test items for oils, fats, and fatty food are excluded).
· Please perform hot water washing at temperature: ≤ 80°C, pressure: ≤ 0.1 MPa, and pressurization time within 3 minutes.
· The hose can be cleaned hygienically using 95% ethanol.
· The hose may be incinerated after use without generating harmful hydrogen chloride gas, sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, hydrogen cyanide, or ammonia (ash content: ≤ 0.1%).
· The hose is semi-transparent, which enables checking of the material being transported.
· The hose is flexible for enhanced workability.
· A reinforcing cord has been included to allow the hose to withstand a maximum allowable pressure of 0.5 MPa (5.1 kgf/cm2).

TAC Eco Line Heat Resistance and Oil Resistance

In addition to general food transport, this is non-PVC hose is suited to the transport of oils and oily foods. Semi-transparent design enables checking of material being transported. A reinforcing cord confers an allowed pressure tolerance of 0.5 MPA.

・This is compatible with the Health, Labor and Welfare Ministry Notification No.201 Food Sanitation Laws. (compliant with all items included as Heptane items)
・This is hygienic and capable of hot water cleaning ※1, 95% ethanol cleaning.
・After using the hose, no harmful gases※2 that are flammable are produced (incineration ash of 0.1% or less).
