· By automatically incorporating the "flat type sealing packing" with a large contact area into the undercut portion of the seat surface, waterproof and oilproof performances have been greatly improved.
· The seal packing inner diameter of the flat type Seal Up® screw is smaller than the outer diameter of the screw, ensuring the screw will not fall out after installation. It can be used without changing the current design.
· Because it possesses adherence greater than the round O-ring type, it can also be tightened from the side. It can also be used immediately, just by changing screws.
· Sealing material: NBR (nitrile rubber), SR (silicone), FKM (fluorine rubber).
· Passed water resistance testing at 115 MPa (equivalent to a water depth of 11,000 m).
