Mold Release Agents

Mold release agents are chemicals used to improve the mold release of products produced/manufactured by molding. Since it reduces the frictional force between substances, it is also used for lubrication, polishing, adhesion prevention, and defoaming. Products with excellent thermal conductivity and electrical characteristics are also used for heat dissipation and insulation. Product types can be classified by compounding component such as silicone type, fluorine type, and others (lecithin, boron nitride, etc.), and select according to the application. Containers are available in various shapes, including a spray for spraying the content onto the target object, a tube for squeezing out and applying the content, and a can/bottle for storing a relatively large amount of liquid or semi-liquid. Select one that is suitable for the shape and size of the target object. Since the usable temperature and applicable materials vary depending on the product, it is necessary to check in advance.
