Files (Pneumatic Hand Tools)

A file (pneumatic tool) is a tool used for deburring metals and finishing precision parts. It performs a reciprocating motion using the power of compressed air, and enables smooth work with high-speed stroke even in narrow spaces. By changing the type of file, filing can be performed to various lines and shapes. A file (pneumatic tool) does not use electricity, so it generates no heat and is suited to long periods of work. Adjusting the air pressure can change the stroke, making it suitable for extreme polishing. In addition, since compressed air is discharged from the rear, there is no need to worry about kicking up the dust generated by filing. Due to its weight, there is no need to press while working, and polishing can easily be performed because it is weighted by gravity.
