A threading machine is a machine for threading water pipes and other pipes, and its accessories. It is used when threading pipes at the site of gas work or water pipe work. Threading machines work by combining chasers, which are blades for thread processing, and a die head. Its features are that it is pressure-resistant, can be threaded with precision and hard to leak, and that it can operate powerfully even in low-voltage places where power supply conditions are poor. Some have low-noise motors and are suitable for night work. When selecting, the point is to check the pipe diameter, thread cutting dimensions and maximum size to be used. In addition, the die head and chaser have automatic cutting that is judged and processed by the machine and manual cutting that is visually judged and processed by a person, so select according to the application.
