Screwdriver are tools to secure or remove screws. By turning the shaft, screws can be secured by tightening or removed by loosening. The tip is of a shape that fits the groove in the head of the screw. Screwdrivers with a flat tip are called flathead screwdrivers and those with a cross-head are called cross-head screwdrivers.
