Torque Wrenches（Torque adjustment range：30~140）

Torque wrenches can be for a variety of applications, such as a tool for tightening screws to a rated torque or a measuring tool to measure the torque of a tightened screw. They are used in a wide range of situations, including maintenance at workshops and production in the manufacturing industry to manage tightening by torque. There are signal types and direct reading type torque wrenches, and signal types are mainly used for work. The torque is set in advance, and having reached that torque is confirmed by sound and feel. Direct reading types where torque is read from the scale can be blade, dial, or digital types, and those are ordinarily used for measurement. There are also combined types that have signal type functions and are equipped with sensors to display torque value, so the tool can be selected according to the application it is used for and the operating environment.

[Features]
· A digital type with easy-to-see numerical display that drastically reduces errors in torque setting.
· In tightening work, when it reaches the set torque value, there will be a "clicking" sound or light "shock" to the hand.
· Unlike conventional types, there is no need to read the main scale and Vernier scale, so it is convenient for preventing setting errors and confirmation/management of tightening torque.
· Torque is set based on digitally displayed value of mechanical mechanisms which can be read directly.
· Torque can be set by inserting a hex L-shape wrench into a configuration thread component in the rear of the wrench.

· When the torque wrench operates, marks are left on the head of the bolt.
· The vivid marking serves as an easy visible reminder not to overlook tightening.
· No marking as long as the set torque is not attained.
· Using quick-drying, everlasting ink, the marks do not disappear.
· By extending the socket with an extension bar, you can also tighten/mark in deep positions.
· The marker part is cartridge type with easy ink replenishment.
· Power source is not required since marking is carried out by the operative mechanism of the torque wrench.
· Each ink refill allows marking approximately 6,000 times.
· Marker vertical adjustment is possible (±5 mm)
· Can be securely used outside Japan, such as in the EU.
· ISO 6789 Type II Class A calibration procedure compliant.
