Belt Polishing Materials（Base Materials：Non‐Woven Fabric）

Belt polishing material is a belt-shaped polishing cloth that is rotated at high speed to efficiently polish the surfaces of objects. It is suitable for work such as deburring metal, grinding, and polishing. If the belt has seams, there is a chance that it will break in situations such as being used for a long time, so seamless belts can be selected to fit the application. Also, working by belt polishing has excellent machining efficiency and productivity compared even with abrasive stone polishing. Grinding and polishing materials are diverse, and they include alundum, alumina-zirconia, and artificial diamonds. For finish polishing, there are non-woven fabric belts that do not use abrasives, so they can be selected according to the material to be worked and the application they are used for.
