DIA/CBN Grinding Stones

Diamond/carbon grindstones are abrasives designed for surface grinding using diamond or carbon, and they are mainly used for grinding difficult-to-cut materials. Disk-shaped diamond wheels and carbon wheels are attached to surface grinders to be used for grinding. Double-faced products can grind both top and bottom surfaces by holding workpieces between 2 wheels. There are also products with diamond deposited to both sides so that they can be used for both grinding and cutting. Diamond wheels are mainly used for nonferrous materials, and carbon wheels for ferrous materials. Electroplated diamond wheels that use electricity to deposit diamond are capable of grinding hard materials such as ceramic and titanium. Sheet-type grindstones are used for grinding kitchen knives, scissors and so on, and some products are mounted on a base for greater usability.
