Clamp Units (Screw Accessories)

The clamp unit (small screw) is a fastening tool that holds down and fixes the workpiece to attach it to the base. Used to prevent parts from shifting or lifting when working, and to ensure a safe and accurate finish. It also plays an important role in inspections to check whether it is properly installed. In addition to general one-touch clamps, there are types that can be easily removed by operating a lever, such as push clamps, swing clamps, etc. If the thickness of the workpiece is not uniform, the force will be dispersed and it will not be able to tighten well. In that case, if the cam center clamp lever is used, the pressure can be kept constant and it can be consistently pressed down. The pillow block also compensates for rattling of the workpiece and stabilizes the work.
