Roll Taps
A forming tap is a raised type screw forming tool that makes a screw mark on a metal pilot hole. It can be used for both blind holes and through holes, and there is almost no chips, so cleaning can be shortened, etc. Depending on the product, there is also a special processing that enables long-life processing without chip problems, and low torque is achieved by adopting a special shape for the tap raised part. Others have a tin coating and have excellent abrasion and chip-welding resistance. Compatible materials for processing include rolled aluminum, structural steel, copper, etc. The selection point of the forming tap is not suitable for the work material, so select one suitable for the work material used.
