Replacement Heads

Exchangeable heads are cutting tools used in machining centers and milling machines, and are cutter replacement parts that replace the head. The exchangeable head made of carbide has almost the same rigidity as a solid tool, withstands long-term use with stable accuracy, and achieves accurate cutting with less fluctuation. There are many types depending on the processing shape such as square types, ball types, radius types, roughing types, etc. In addition, there are various processing methods such as shoulder milling, grooving, helical hole processing, diagonal feed processing, etc., which can be used like end mills.
