Tags

Shipping tags are attached directly to cargo. They are used for identification as well as other purposes such as urging caution and making certain cargos easily noticeable. While paper tags with a piece of wire that can be attached to anything are the mainstream, sticker types are commonly used as shipping tags designed for urging caution. Water-resistant Yupo paper tags, colored paper tags and other types are available to suit various applications. Shipping tags are typically made of woodfree paper, but the hole where a piece of wire is attached has a metal eyelet so that the tag will not come off unless pulled with considerable force. Choose the length of wire according to the application for ease of attaching shipping tags.
