Automatic Spray Guns（Effusion Liquid Volume：0~360）
Automatic spray guns are products that can spray liquid onto targeted areas at the desired timing. They can be used for a range of work from general painting jobs to application of release agents to molds, as well as spreading chocolate and butter in food processing. When selecting automatic spray guns, choose the material of the spray gun based on the type and viscosity of the liquid to be sprayed with it. Then choose the spray pattern according to the size of the target object. Air pressure is specified for each model, but the strength of the liquid application is adjusted differently relative to the particle size and air pressure depending on whether the spray gun has a single air hose or multiple air hoses. Choose the nozzle size according to the viscosity of the liquid used and the spray amount. Smaller nozzles enable finer painting/coating, while larger nozzles enable painting/coating of large areas efficiently and evenly.
