Spray Guns

Spray guns are a paint product that uses compressed air to atomize paint or liquid and sprays it onto an object. There are 3 main types: gravity type, siphon type, and pressure-feed type. The gravity type, which uses a relatively small cup, makes it easy to replenish paint and is suitable for applying low volume of paint, frequent color changes, etc. The siphon type, in which the cup is attached to the bottom of the gun and sucks the paint by negative pressure, is mainly suitable for medium-volume painting. The pressure-feed type, which can use a high volume cup, is used in conveyor lines that use a large amount of the same color. All of these spray guns are mainly used for automobile painting, metal painting, woodwork painting, etc., and there are also products dedicated for food solutions and adhesives with high viscosity. When selecting, it is necessary to consider the product type, nozzle diameter, etc. according to the area to be sprayed and the paint used.
