Diaphragm Pumps(Discharge Quantity:2.0~20.0)
Diaphragm pumps are a type of pump used when transferring liquids that operate of compressed air from compressors. They are composed of membranes called diaphragms and 2 check valves. They have simple structures, so maintenance and disassembly are relatively simple, and a feature of this pump is that transport and setup can be done relatively easily. Suction and discharge of liquid are done in an alternating sequence, so liquid flows intermittently. Liquids with high viscosity and liquids that contain abrasives can be transferred easily by pressure feeding with high pressure. Liquids can be transferred without changing their properties and there is no leakage, so chemicals, solvents, and the like can be transferred safely. You can select from self-priming, electric, manual, and air types, and there are also types where discharge volume can be adjusted. Check valve sealing properties greatly affect pump performance, so caution needs to be taken to prevent the entry of contamination and the like and to keep the check valve from drying out.

A diaphragm type air-driven pump.
[Features]
· The completely self-contained design means there is no need for priming, and it can efficiently pump water that is mixed with air.
· With a maximum discharge pressure of 0.7 MPa, it can be placed in a high position, and can transfer liquid over long distances.
· Discharge pressure is proportional to the supplied air pressure, so can be easily controlled by adjusting the air regulator.
· None of the wetted parts of the pump are moving parts, which makes for excellent slurry-resistant characteristics, and there is no need to worry about leaking from worn seals.
· Driven only by the pressurized air from the air compressor, so no other explosion-proof measures are required.

· For transferring lubricants, fuel oil, etc., in general factories.
· For waste water and oil drainage in factories.
