Antistatic Chairs

ESD chairs are chairs that allow static electricity generated by the human body to flow to the floor surface to minimize the amount of static electricity. An ESD chair is used to prevent the product from being affected by static electricity that stains the precision parts, or defective products may occur in the manufacturing process of electronic parts such as ICs and circuit boards. Therefore, ESD chairs are used in factories and cleanrooms that produce precision equipment. ESD chairs include office chairs with a back and work chairs without a back. A conductive material is used for the seat and back of the chair, and urethane cast nylon conductive casters are used for the casters that come into contact with the floor surface to secure an earth path for workers. Please note that the performance of the conductive chair may not be exhibited on a floor with low conductivity.
