Portable Lights

Handheld lights are portable light fixtures. A wide range of types are available. They use LED-based lights with lower power consumption and longer life than products that use a miniature light bulb as the light source. There are models with key rings or straps, pocket-sized compact models, and pen-shaped models. Some models have a focusing function that can adjust the illumination range at the touch of a button. Models using xenon bulbs can provide long-range illumination with a powerful white light, suitable for use in rain, fog or other low-visibility environments. Some LED lantern models are highly shock resistant and waterproof, enabling worry-free use both indoors and outdoors. There are models with dimmer functions, and models that can be powered by either dry cell batteries or rechargeable solar cells. Models with battery charging ports or power supply ports can be used during emergencies.
