Steel Ring Gauge (Custom-Specification Type) (Part Numbers)

A more comprehensive product lineup of steel ring gauges is now available. These are convenient for use for inner diameter measurement or as an inner diameter measuring instrument master. Gauge diameter (D): 1 mm to 100.00 mm (0.01 mm increments), Gauge tolerance: 5 patterns available from ±0.001 mm up to ±0.005 mm. *Selectable widths may vary depending on the combination. [Features]· Internal diameter measuring instrument master.· All products have been finished with a sub-zero treatment and stabilizing treatment.· Lapping finish provides good abrasion resistance. [Options]· Marking specification: D dimension - Specify the desired gauge diameter (D dimension) to be marked on the ring gauge.· Marking specification: tolerance - Specify the desired gauge tolerance (+/-, in 0.0001 mm increments) to be marked on the ring gauge.· Marking specification: GO / NO-GO - Specify the GO / NO-GO marking to suit your application.
