CBN-LBF 2-Flute High Grade Long-Neck Ball (Part Numbers)
[Features]
· Uses CBN materials (ideal for machining high hardness materials) and features an improved blade shape for high precision and a long service life.
· Excellent abrasion and chipping resistance, ensuring a good machining surface roughness and precision, even when machining for long periods.
· Shank diameter tolerance: 0/-0.004 mm
· Ball radius accuracy: With nominal radius as a base ±0.003 mm
(i)Caution
- The shank taper angle is a reference value only. Always check by taking actual measurements when there is concern about interference with the workpiece.
- Take care to avoid having the shank part coming into contact with the workpiece.
