· While normally finishing can't be done until sealant is applied and it dries, patting down with the soft sponge allows for beautiful finishing to be performed immediately.
· The back surface of the sponge is a traditional caulking spatula chamfered to 45 degrees.
· Use according to type during construction, using the sponge surface when the sealing is soft, and the plastic surface when it has hardened.
