Disc Paper - New Esper (Alundum) (Part Numbers)
[Features]
· It has durability 10-plus times higher than disc paper and 10 times higher than the offset grinding wheel.
· It provides soft contact with the ground object, adsorbs well and does not cause deep scratches, making the next process easy.
[Applications]
· For removing spot-welding burrs on automobiles, home appliances, etc.
· For removing weld beads for shipbuilding, steel frames, bridges, etc.
· Metal deburring.
· Polishing of viscous metals and difficult-to-cut materials.
· For pretreatment in plating and coating as well as rust removal.
· Paint removal.
· Polishing wood and plastic.
· Tool used: Air/electric disc grinder.
