Carbide drill capable of high efficiency machining of high-hardness steel of 50 to 70 HRC.
[Features]
· It uses carbide alloy ideal for high-hardness steel machining and AquaCoat, which has excellent heat resistance and abrasion resistance.
· Wear resistance and chipping resistance are greatly improved.
· Uses a thick core and weak torsion.
· The high rigidity makes it resistant against vibration as well, preventing damage from microchipping, etc.
[Applications]
· High performance machining of 50 to 70 HRC high hardness steel is possible.
