Loctite FA Precision Machine Vise (Part Numbers)
[Features]
· Single units, multiple units, and connected use are possible.
· The parallel accuracy is within 0.01.
· The lifting prevention mechanism suppresses the lifting of workpieces.
· Higher accuracy than the old JIS O class.
· The body and fixed jaw are integrally molded to maintain high rigidity.
· The sliding surface has excellent wear resistance as it has been flame quenched (HRC45).
· The body is made of a ductile material that prevents warpage when tightened.
· The opening is nearly doubled compared with vises of the same class, making it capable of clamping large workpieces.
· It has a large opening depth and can securely tighten tall workpieces.
