An abrasive with abrasive grains kneaded into nonwoven fabric. There is no need to apply abrasive as there is with buffs. In addition, as the density is not as high as buffs, it supports high-speed rotation. Suitable for polishing key grooves and the inner diameter of pipes. In this type, a new soft lap is pinched with lap shafts and fixed with screws for use.
