Strict quality control provides stable quality. (The severing characteristic variation is managed at ±10%, relative to the JEM specification of ±15%)
Meets JEM 1383 (fuse for semiconductor protection), and is therefore optimal for semiconductor protection.
FLG type linked fuse is a current-limiting fuse in which an element is placed in a special resin insulation tube, and the periphery is filled with an arc-extinguishing agent. To improve quick operation and current-limiting performance, multiple small holes are can be founds in the ribbon element, allowing for a generous cross-section ratio of the narrow portion. These is arranged such that the initial arc is effectively cooled by the arc-extinguishing agent.
An operating display device is provided at one end, enabling checking immediately upon severing.
