· This tangless insert drastically cuts down on work procedures and time, which increases work efficiency, making it possible to reduce costs.
· Insert work, which took 56 seconds in the past, was drastically shortened to 7 seconds by using a dedicated power tool.
· Tangless design means no tangs to break off and no concerns for missing pitches or damaging the base material.
[Applications]
· For reinforcement of materials such as aluminum and plastic where female threads have low strength.
· Weight reduction is possible since it can be inserted into the base material of materials prone to female screw breakage.
· For countermeasures against vibration and reinforcement of spots where strong vibration is present, such as with industrial machinery and the engines of vehicles or motorcycles.
