· Drastic reduction in workpiece movement due to optimal vibration characteristics.
· This high performance electromagnetic valve operated drive unit is optimal for chutes used for precision parts responsible for the miniaturization of workpiece sizes and increased processing speeds.
· Vibration-proof spring board that absorbs counterforces around the main unit. Optimal vibration characteristics suited to part shapes.
· Smooth supply with little movement of the workpiece even with parts that are easy to scratch or break since the whole trough is vibrated evenly.
· Board spring vibration-proof type optimal for precision parts, flat parts, and minute parts.
· Optimal vibration characteristics. Little workpiece movement and drastic increases in supply capabilities.
· Small type that allows for high precision transport for minute and precision parts where there is increased use of high speed processing.
· Reviewed weight balance for fixed and movable bases. Vibration counterforces reduced to 1/3 that of conventional machines.
· Uniform transport speed from the chute entrance to the exit from improvements in the board spring angle. Achieves stable supply.
· Increased taps for movable base chute mounting from the conventional 4 up to 14.
· In-line mountings possible.
