Linear Feeder LFBR Series (Board Spring Anti-Vibration Type)
Board spring vibration-proof linear feeder that controls ground counterforces better than conventional units.
[Features]
· Smaller ground counterforce: new drive structure featuring ground counterforce that is smaller than conventional board spring vibration-proof types.
· No board spring or core gap adjustment: by using the separately sold variable frequency controller, there is no need to deal with troublesome board spring or core gap adjustments.
· No vibration interference: no vibration interference even in combination with part feeders due to using vibrations in the middle band of the vibration frequencies (all-wave/half-wave) for the part feeder.
· Uniform chute vibration angles: more uniform vibration angles for the whole chute. Smoother supply of parts.
· Low power consumption: operates close to resonance to obtain sufficient amplitudes with little current
