· Achieves uniform vibrations with no adjustment whatsoever.
· By using a variable frequency controller, there is no need to make core gap or board spring adjustments via volume adjustments.
· Uniform vibrations with no adjustments whatsoever. Also easier to adjustment for mountings and positions. Much easier to use. Remarkably wide scope of application due to large maximum overhang length and maximum chute weight.
· Easy to combine with part feeders since there is almost no vibration interference with part feeders and because the drive part has a small width. Can handle a variety of combination conditions.
· Easily achieves uniform vibrations every time.
