J10K Type Lead Free Bronze Swing Check Valve (JV5) (Part Numbers)
MUEN-KUN® — Enables the provision of safe (lead-free) water. The pipe end core mechanism prevents corrosion of the pipe ends and threads of lining steel pipes.
[Features]
· Robust and easy-to-use handle: The handle is made from a copper alloy that is compatible with underground environments. It has excellent resistance to corrosion. Suitably designed for fork handle operation.
· Additional tightening not required. Complete leakage prevention mechanism: Two types of shaft sealing O-rings are further protected by dustproof felt. With no sand/dust intrusion inside the valve, the life of the O-rings is improved dramatically. Please use this check valve with full confidence even in lines with severely high opening-closing frequency. In addition, the packing nut is secured by metal contact. Therefore, there is no loosening of the tip (fork) of the T handle when opening and closing.
· A secure design compliant with JIS standards: The stem rising type is a JIS-standard product (however, the shaft seals are O-ring type). However, the stem non-rising type is a JIS-compliant product. The stem rising type uses the solid JIS standard body. Furthermore, this is a round body type with minimal deformation. A disc guide is also provided in accordance with JIS standards. As a result, chattering vibration does not cause damage to the surface of the valve seat.
· Easy-to-replace packing: Do you replace the packing in the event of a leakage? The valve is a ‘convenient cartridge type’ that is designed for such contingencies. All the packing is built into the glands. Therefore, simply remove gland to replace the O-ring. Subsequent maintenance and management is simplified.
Dezincification resistant valve: Dezincification-resistant lead-free bronze (C6803) is used in the stem material. Long service life.
