Conveyor Roller (for Medium/Heavy Load) SERIES FF3 (Part Numbers)
Highly functional multi-purpose plastic conveyor rollers with improved dustproof and waterproof performance, as well as excellent impact resistance and sound deadening properties.
[Features]
·For medium and heavy loads. A double labyrinth seal is used for the seal part.
·Press bearings (steel, stainless steel) and precision bearings (6002ZZ) are available.
·In addition, the tube material can be selected from hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and steel (ST), which have excellent impact resistance, depending on the application.
·The diameter can be selected from ⌀50, 51, 57, and 61 mm (diameters of 50, 51, 57, and 61 mm) according to the application.
[Applications]
·Ideal for small packages, bottles, cans, foods, newspapers, magazines, textiles, lightweight cartons, and other lightweight items.
·Because it contains bearings, it can rotate more smoothly.
·Because it uses a double labyrinth seal, it is durable even in dusty and watery environments.
(i)Caution
- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
There are not the replacement items and the plan to resumption of sale. Please check the quotation and order screen for details.
