KOMA SUS FIT, Reducing Socket RS (Part Numbers)
Pipe-expanding mechanical fitting uses a dedicated pipe expander for high load bearing capacity.
[Features]
· Strong fitting with pipe expansion method: Because the structure of the fitting includes nuts attached to the expanded part of the pipe, it demonstrates a strong pull off prevention force. If nut is not tightened, there is no need to worry about the nut coming off if it is engaged with the screw on the main body.
Easy pipe expansion: With the dedicated pipe expander, pipe expansion work can be easily performed.
· Fast and reliable construction: Post pipe expansion fitting can be easily performed with a pipe wrench. No need to remove any parts other than nuts during fitting. By providing a packing room, packing falls are prevented. This prevents errors such as non-mounting of parts during construction.
· Tightening omission can be confirmed at a glance with FP colors of red and blue: Even with fitting completed by hand tightening, leakage can be detected in the water leakage test, and problem locations can be confirmed quickly. In hand tightened (non-tightening) state, red FP color can be visually checked, and once the fitting is tightened at an appropriate torque, the red FP color is hidden under the blue FP color and can no longer be seen. In this manner, tightening completion can be checked at a glance.
