Small Diaphragm Vacuum Pump, FV Series (Part Numbers)
HEPA filters are used in the intake and exhaust parts for use in cleanrooms. *Excludes FV-10
[Features]
· Compact, high-vacuum pressure: The diaphragm is installed in a sealed place. Therefore, the product has structurally suited for reducing the pressure in multiple stages. The product also has a mechanism for achieving a high-vacuum pressure with its compact body design.
· Long-life, maintenance-free: Low mechanical contact friction due to an electromagnetic driving force, requiring virtually no maintenance. A long-life type product that can be used up to the durability theoretical value of the diaphragm.
· Clean discharge: The intake and exhaust parts are equipped with HEPA filters for use in cleanrooms. In addition, the filter can be seen through the transparent window attached to body, which makes it easy to judge the replacement period (excludes FV-10).
· Quiet design: The enclosed body structure provides noiseless operation. In addition, in comparison to motorized types, quietness is maintained with no mechanical contact noise.
· Flexible specification: No air compressor source is required. Therefore, it can be used anywhere—even with 100-V power plug. Furthermore, the applications can be expanded by using in combination with the manufacturer's Vacuum Tweezers.
· Cost performance: Comprised from a simple structure. Therefore, compared to other equivalent vacuum pumps, it ensures value-added performance — reliability, life span, and power consumption. In addition, this product can also be offered at a competitive price.
