HITACHI KINZOKU

JIS B 2301. Hot dip galvanizing is an excellent plating with a low environmental load.

[Features]
· Environmentally friendly: Lead and cadmium are greatly reduced.
· Uses high purity zinc metal to reduce lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd) content significantly.
· Excellent manufacturing method: New heavy metal addition is not required.
· Development of original manufacturing facilities and preprocessing methods has established the technology for mass production, and heavy metals such as bismuth (Bi) are used instead of lead.
· Excellent performance: Appearance and performance equivalent to conventional plated parts.
· Satisfies the specifications stipulated in JIS B 2301 (Screw type malleable cast iron pipe fittings), and has a glossy plating on the outside similar to that of conventional products.

(i)Caution

  • Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
    There are not the replacement items and the plan to resumption of sale. Please check the quotation and order screen for details.
