Features Of This Product
Straight-shaft double-lock
- Horizontal push type.
- Lever with grip for excellent operability.
- Lever is fixed in the unclamped position.
- Uses the snap method (straight-shaft double-lock type).
How To Adjust To Recommended Clamping Position
- 1. Place the adjusting bolt on the workpiece at the clamp end position.
- 2. Further push out the adjusting bolt toward the workpiece approximately half a clamp stroke, and then fasten it with the nut. This completes the adjustment.
Usage Precautions For This Product
- The clamping force and the lever load may vary by a maximum of ±20% with respect to the set value.
- If the reaction force acting on the clamp surface (F) exceeds the clamping force, the clamp is released.
