Crossed Roller Guide VR Type (VR1) (Part Numbers)
[Features]
·The VR type uses a roller cage that incorporates precision rollers that are alternately orthogonal to each other and is combined with a 90° V-groove rolling surface provided on a dedicated rail.
·Two lines of cross roller guides are set up running parallel to one another, so loads can be added from 4 directions.
·In addition, since preload is applied, a highly rigid slide mechanism with no clearance and light movement can be obtained.
·It is used for precision equipment such as OA equipment and peripheral equipment, various measuring instruments, printed circuit board drilling machines, optical measuring instruments, optical stages, handling mechanisms, slides for X-ray equipment, etc.
·It is a compact and highly rigid linear motion system in which a cage with precision rollers that are alternately orthogonal is moved in a V-groove on the rail by 1/2 of the stroke.
(i)Caution
- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
