G-16DJUE, 16K Ductile Iron Wafer Type Butterfly Valve With Gear Operated (Part Numbers)
16K butterfly valve made of ductile iron.
[Features]
・ As it complies with JIS B 2032, which is defined as the butterfly valve standard, it is compatible with existing JIS standard butterfly valves
・ The upper flange dimension adopts ISO 5211, which makes the actuator compatible
・ Gear-operated type compliant with the standard specifications for public construction work
・ By adopting a spherical sheet, even contact with the inner circumference with even force makes it possible to reduce torque and improve durability
・ The disc shape is thin streamline shape with low resistance by FEM analysis
・ Stem bearings have been adopted for all sizes to improve operability and durability
・ The rubber sheet has a wide seal structure with high sealing performance
・ Lightweight design that emphasizes workability during piping
・ Uses a stem pop-out prevention structure
・ A rubber sheet is used to seal the shaft in 2 stages: spherical seal and shaft seal
(i)Caution
- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
